Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours' notice to avoid being charged for the missed services. A charge of 50% of the appointments total will be charged for day of cancellations & last minute "no-shows" will be charged 100% of the total.

 

If you cancel/ no-show two consecutive times, you will not be able to book future appointments with our team. If your card on file is invalid/declined when we charge our cancellation policy fee you will also no longer be able to book an appointment with us in the future. As always, We thank you for your understanding.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Tipping

 

For services rendered, we accept any major credit / debit card. For tipping your service provider we are only accepting Venmo or cash.
