EMILY ANNE
Owner & Licensed Master Esthetician
Emily graduated from The Aveda Institutes’ Esthiology Science program in April of 2013. Since then, she has accomplished training with PCA Skin to become a certified professional in skin biology and chemical peels, and Advanced Esthetic Training with Complexions & Circadia Skin which involved a double concentration in dermaplaning. Her time at the Skincare Therapy Institute resulted in her certification as an Oncology Esthetician (backed by The Board of Oncologists). In addition, she achieved her Virginia Master Esthetic License and is now a Master Hydrafacialist after completing schooling with The Hydrafacial Company.

In December of 2016, Emily moved from Lake Charles, Louisiana to Virginia Beach, Virginia, and she continues to thrive in the Hampton Roads community. When not practicing esthetics, Emily loves spending time with her family, friends, and hanging out at the beach with her pup, Scruffy.
Gianna Raggio
Office Manager
After exploring her interests in cosmetology, Gianna discovered she had more of a passion for creative, yet less hands-on work. Putting her heart and soul into various customer service-based positions, Gianna realized her true passion is improving processes, efficiency, and organization. Combining this with her love of all things beauty, when the opportunity arose to settle into a management role at Emily Anne Esthetics, it felt like a natural fit.
Though she is a military transplant, Gianna has considered Hampton Roads home since 2017. In her spare time, Gianna loves to go thrifting for unique decor, try out new hobbies, and spend time with her husband and friends.
Ari Hunnings
Licensed Master Esthetician
Ari is a Licensed Master Esthetician, born and raised in the 757. She found her love and ambition for skincare through her own personal struggles and progressions with cystic acne, hyperpigmentation and scarring. She discovered that improving the health of the skin by making better lifestyle choices promotes a healthier state of mind. One of her main goals in the field is to always be a student and to thoroughly educate clients on the health of skin, while promoting the mental health benefits of self-care. After finally taking a leap of faith, she attended The Chrysm Institute of Esthetics and graduated from her Master’s program in June 2022.
At EA Esthetics, Ari is excited to help your skin flourish with professional and medical skincare treatments for the face, neck and décolleté. Ari is passionate about empowering others to feel confident in their skin and in their bodies because, after all, your body is your home.
Outside of the treatment room, Ari enjoys lifting weights, watching anything binge-worthy, reading juicy novels, and being the most competitive person in any game. You can also find her helping SandSpeedVB coach young athletes of Hampton Roads or playing beach flag football for the SandSpeed Hustlers almost all year long.
Allison Didio
Licensed Master Esthetician
Allison was born and raised here in Virginia. She is a graduate from The Chrysm Institute of Esthetics in Virginia Beach, VA where she completed both Professional and Master Esthetics programs.
Her love for esthetics came later in life but the curiosity has always been there. Growing up in a generation that loves to utilize instagram filters, it is so incredibly easy to compare yourself to others and lose sight of how beautiful you are in real life. Allison found herself questioning how she could help others in finding that beauty for themselves and it lead her to esthetics. That’s why she believes that self care isn’t selfish, it’s a necessity!
In her free time, you can find Allison hanging out with friends and family or nose deep in a good book!
Amanda Crippen
Licensed Master Esthetician & PMU Artist
Amanda was born in South Korea, grew up on the island of O’ahu in Hawai’i, and moved to Virginia in 2014. As a former professional photographer, Amanda has always been in the business of helping her clients see their best self. Her favorite part of photography was watching people's faces light up as they fell in love with their images. When she discovered Esthetics and saw she could help people fall in love with the skin they’re in without all the editing or filters, she never looked back.
Amanda graduated from the Chrysm institute of esthetics in 2019 with her Master Esthetics License and received her Master Permanent Makeup License in 2022. Her attention to detail sets her apart in the Hampton roads area as a true Master of her craft as a brow and skin specialist.
Amanda is a Capricorn, an INTJ, an enneagram 8, and belongs to Slytherin house. When she’s not in the studio, Amanda spends her time with her husband AKA skincareBen, their two mini weenies, and their purrrfect cat. She also enjoys spending time with her friends/family, haunting local breweries, going to the gym, doing hot yoga, reading, game nights, exploring VA, hiking, shopping, and complaining that it’s not Halloween until spooky season.

Taylor is a lifelong native of the Hampton Roads area. She attended The Chrysm Institute of Esthetics in 2020 and has worked in the field since 2021. Prior to her Esthetics journey, Taylor worked as a Freelance makeup artist specializing in weddings, engagement shoots, and maternity shoots.
She was inspired to join the Esthetics industry by her experiences with her own skin concerns. Since making the decision to explore esthetics she has continued her deep passion for helping people feel comfortable in their own skin. Taylor is a skilled brow artist and specializes in body waxing and laser hair removal services.
When she is not treating clients in the spa, you can find her at home reading or hanging out on the boat with friends and family. She is also an avid nature lover and in her free time Taylor enjoys hiking and camping all over VA and other areas of the US with her best friends.

Portia Trierweiler
Licensed Master Esthetician & Lash Artist
Portia is a Licensed Master Esthetician and Lash Artist. She’s been in the esthetics industry since 2020 and in the beauty industry since 2016. She started her journey as a freelance makeup artist in 2016 providing makeup applications for special occasions.
She graduated in 2020 from the Institute of Advanced Medical Aesthetics in Richmond, Virginia where she received her Professional License and continued her studies to receive her Master Esthetician License.
Graduating in the middle of a global pandemic forced Portia to get creative. Her work was limited to services above the mask. Fast forward to today, brow and lash services are her favorite and what she now specializes in. Portia is always eager to learn and provide the latest techniques as this industry is ever growing.
She has a knack for making sure there is luxury in every detail by specializing in a safe and healthy application of lash extensions. She strives to make each client feel special by accentuating their natural beauty whether that’s a brow makeover, a lash lift and tint, or a set of lash extensions. Portia is her happiest when she’s creating confidence in the treatment room and could not imagine her life without it.
Outside of the treatment room, she loves grabbing a cup at the local coffee shops, spending time with her favorite people (and animals), second hand shopping, and film photography.
Tiffany was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA.
She had always seen herself getting into the beauty industry somehow. As she progressed that love, she discovered both Esthetics and permanent makeup.
Tiffany graduated from the Chrysm Institute of Esthetics' Professional and Master’s program in 2023. Tiffany also attended the Advanced Permanent Makeup Institute's PMU program, where she gained skills ranging from eyebrows to eyeliner. Her attention to detail in the treatment room sets her apart in the Esthetics and PMU world.
Tiffany finds self love throughout all aspects of life are important. Learning to love your skin is part of that self love journey, and Tiffany wants to help others learn that important value. She battled hormonal acne in her teenage years foraged an interest in her for the love of Esthetics. She understands that glowing, healthy skin can make all the difference in one’s life. The smiles of others after seeing results encourages her to continue to love what she does!
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys working out, eating good food, watching movies, and scrolling through social media.
